Ordered acrylic arch for an arch frame. Starting a wedding and events sign business. Great size and exactly what I needed.
Ben was proactive and attentive - emailed to check hole placement and showed a draft where hole placement would be. Needed to make an adjustment; Ben clarified and made an adjustment accordingly.
Only small issue - the holes weren't cut out properly. I was able to pop one out with a small screw driver, but the second one wasn't easy. Had to cut around with a craft knife to eventually push out the plastic. Bit sketchy as it would be easy to break the plastic and end up in a bad situation. So I would make sure the holes have been drilled out properly before being shipped to you.

Ordered some of the Maori ones to save as Christmas presents for family in Australia. They were packaged well and i received them quickly. Incredible service and stunning wall art! I purchased 3 different designs. 1 being personalized. They look exactly as advertised. Gift for a family member who absolutely loved them. Slight issue with a wrong design being sent. But 2 minutes after emailing about this they responded and fixed it immediately, sending a new one away the very next day. Even during the crazy Christmas period. Mistakes happen but the way these guys respond was above and beyond. Thank you! Will definitely purchase again.
