We are dedicated to ensuring that craft enthusiasts across New Zealand have easy access to high-quality craft blanks. To support this commitment, we offer flat rate shipping of just $10, including rural addresses. This means that no matter where you are, whether in the heart of the city or a more remote area, you can easily receive the materials you need. We believe that every maker deserves convenience and affordability.

OUR DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES:

We are currently working at full capacity sending 100+ orders a day out of our workshop doors, we keep our turnaround times rigid so if there is any shipping delays it impacts the time between us packing your order and you receiving it.. please see our standard turnaround times below..

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can keep an eye out.. 

 

OUR SHIPPING COSTS:

Standard Nationwide Shipping: $10 (Flat Rate) This includes rural

*Oversized items incur an additional fee which reflects at checkout. This only applies to sending full size panels across NZ (anything larger than 780mm x 580mm)

Priority Dispatch +$20 (we will dispatch your order within 48 hours) 

 

HOW TO GET AN UPDATE:

If you haven't received any tracking information or no new information is being shown on the tracking information you can contact Courier Customer Service directly on 0800 727 784, please have your tracking number handy.

We also include your email address and phone number if provided to the courier so they can contact you swiftly if there is an issue with delivery.

All our parcels are 'No Signature Required' so please keep an eye out in mailboxes, front porches and doorsteps incase the parcel has been left.
