The online commerce world has exploded in recent years and even more so since Covid made claim, with the new variant outbreaks some workplaces are experiencing high pressure situations with staff isolating and increased volume of parcels being sent around New Zealand, you can follow this link to check what level your local Post Haste branch is currently operating at..

If the network status is showing Standard then usually normal delivery time frames apply however if they are operating at 'High Pressure' or 'Very High Pressure' then delays would be expected.

 

OUR DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES:

We are currently working at full capacity sending 100+ orders a day out of our workshop doors, we keep our turnaround times rigid so if there is any shipping delays it impacts the time between us packing your order and you receiving it.. please see our standard turnaround times below..  

  • Craft Blank orders 2-4 working days
  • Giftware orders 10-14 working days
  • Special Orders 14-21 working days.

  • Once your order is packaged and ready to ship we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can keep an eye out..

    Nationwide Rural $8.50

    Oversized Items $10 (80cm x 60cm Acrylic Panels)

    Priority Dispatch + $6 (we will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours)

    Our Christchurch team have been severely affected by the current Omicron outbreak. As a result, the majority of our Customer Service team are either working remotely or redeployed to other areas of the business.

    It would be greatly appreciated if you refrained from contacting our branches if your parcel has been in our network for less than 5 working days.

    HOW TO GET AN UPDATE:

    If you haven't received any tracking information or no new information is being shown on the tracking information you can contact Courier Customer Service directly on 0800 727 784, please have your Tracking Number handy.

    We also include your email address and phone number if provided to the courier so they can contact you swiftly if there is an issue with delivery.

    All our parcels are 'No Signature Required' so please keep an eye out in mailboxes, front porches and doorsteps incase the parcel has been left.
